Just a quick note to say a big thank you for the beautiful 40th wedding anniversary cake you made for us.  When we first saw it we were totally knocked out by the workmanship on the cake.  It was just so perfect.  You did tell me that the cake could be frozen after our party - no chance, it's nearly all gone and I'm having to ration it so that everyone can have their share! Also many thanks for your help when I ordered the cake and didn't really know how to put my ideas over.

Everyone said the chocolate fudge individual cakes were delicious and those of our guests who know our dog, recognized the figurine dog on the top of the cake as a model of our dog. What a fab team you make, you helped us design the wedding cake, which everyone is still talking about. Having the three different flavours was just divine. The chocolate fudge was heaven, the carrot cake delicious and having the lemon cake for the top tier was the icing on the cake. 	"After seeing a display window in a Cardiff arcade, I knew I would be calling upon them to make the cake for mine and Jon's fast approaching wedding day. We were looking for something unique and not your traditional flowery wedding cake (although after having seen some of them in the studio, we were very tempted!) Instead of a bride and groom, we wanted something that represented us personally- a kangaroo and dragon. Our relationship has crossed oceans and we thought this was the best way to acknowledge that. Thank god we found Ann and Brendan. No one could have been more perfect with advising, designing, and agreeing to everything we wanted! I knew the cake was in great hands and the last thing we had to worry about. It was one of the talking points of the wedding- before it was even tasted! Ann had great contact with us from our first meeting, and at various points through the months leading up to wedding, and provided us with the dream cake. Not only does Ann cook divine tasting cakes, Brendan creates anything you could think of! To top it all off, they are just lovely people, who understand special occasions. 	We just wanted to say a very big thank you for the amazing cake you made for our wedding at the Angel Hotel, Abergavenny on 4th September. It looked stunning (and tasted wonderful!) and was certainly a conversation piece! I've never seen so many photos of a wedding cake - they seem to feature in everyone's pictures (and not even with us cutting it!)  We cut it after the service and everyone enjoyed a slice (or two!) with a cuppa and there was plenty left for nibbles in the evening whilst dancing and when people came over to our house the following day.
